What if you can’t get at least your soul’s bottom line price? This is where the third of the 6 P’s to selling high soulfully comes in – Plan B.
Once you’re 100% sure your soul’s purpose is to move on and you’ve determined your soul’s bottom line and pricing strategy, it’s time to have a general idea for Plan B or what you’ll do if you don’t get at least your soul’s bottom line price.
Before you put your house up for sale, have a Plan B. Knowing your bottom line and Plan B helps your ego stay calm in a time of unknowns, keeps you grounded in soulfulness and gives you an advantage in negotiations.
Your plan B will depend upon if you must move, your financial resources, and the people involved. In general, there are five plan B options:
– Remain in the house.
– Move and maintain the house vacant.
– Rent it.
– Turn the deed into the bank.
– Donate it to charity.
Don’t plan all the details now, just have a general sense of what your soul would call you to do should you not get its price. Knowing your soul’s bottom line and having a plan if you don’t get it puts you in the best position to act soulfully. It frees you to put your all into selling your home knowing that if it doesn’t happen, it wasn’t meant to be and that there will be some spiritual purpose in Plan B.
It’s rare that you’ll need to use Plan B if you’ve embraced the other P’s of selling high soulfully but it’s important not to skip this step because if you do, you’ll risk allowing your ego to run wild and sabotage the sale.
