How do You Choose a Realtor® that Will Honor Your Soul? Ask this Important Question When Choosing a Realtor®.

How do you choose a Realtor® that will honor your soul?

The most important question isn’t found on any of the top lists of questions to ask a Realtor®. You’ll find:

– How long have you been Realtor®

– What marketing strategy do you recommend?

– What do you charge?

– Can you provide references?

– What neighborhoods do you specialize in?

These are all great questions, but don’t mistake a Realtor®’s experience and references as proof they’ll be good for you.

To get Realtor® that honors your soul, you must ask YOURSELF a question, “Does he or she Get Me?” If your Realtor® doesn’t “get you”, all their experiences, marketing know-hows and references will be of no value to you. That Realtor® may be great at the transactional work, be top rated and have won lots of awards but none of that matters if he or she doesn’t get you. If your Realtor® is not in tune with your soul rather than your ego or worse theirs, there’s a risk you’ll buy the wrong house, sell at the wrong time or experience unnecessary difficulty along the way.

The right Realtor® for you will “get you”. Instead of selling you on them, they’ll learn about you. They’ll help you get clarity about what you really want rather than steering you in a particular direction. You’ll feel a soul – to – soul connection. Trust your instincts. Buying or selling a house is a major commitment, expense and change in your life. You won’t be served well by working with a Realtor® that doesn’t “get you”.

I hope you’ll be able to find a Realtor® that honors your soul so you can move on to your Soul’s Home®. This type of Realtor® may call themselves a Holistic Agent. So, next week we’ll explore what that means. In the meantime, if you’re looking for a Realtor® that will honor your soul, I’d love to talk with you. Just click Contact Me.

Until next time, I wish you well on your journey.
